Abstract:

Taking a coal preparation plant’s flotation tailings as an object to explore the recycling process.From the Particle size analysis of coal samples,found that the content of high-ash fine clays is very high,so decided to adopt reverse flotation desliming in advance; And then to grind，the process flow determined to be: reverse Taking a coal preparation plant’s flotation tailings as an object for recleaning experimental research.From the Particle size analysis of coal samples,found that the content of high-ash fine clays is very high,so decided to adopt the reverse flotation for desliming in advance,and explored reagent dosage’s impact to reverse flotation. Taking desliming products for grinding，the process flow is: reverse flotation─grinding─recleaning, the ash content and yeild of the final product is respectively 13.96% and 25.96%.
